| Description | This course is based on the The Medical Leadership Competency framework (MCLF) and the Medical Leadership Curriculum developed by the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges and NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. Leadership skills are central to healthcare professionals. We will facilitate the development and consolidation of the personal qualities required to be an active team member and take an active role in leadership when necessary with the aim of promoting the concept of shared leadership. The program will be delivered via interactive sessions led by experts in their field to include Chief Executive, Director of Operations, Director of Finance, Medical and Clinical Directors.
