| Description | The London Deanery Established Trainers' Courses will cover a variety of topics relevant to established trainers. They are tailored to the needs of the group and provide an opportunity to share experiences and solve problems, discuss new developments in specialty training and relate educational theory to practice. It would be appropriate for trainers to attend one of these courses every two to three years. The Established Trainers' Courses are suitable for all established trainers who currently have a registrar. The course would be just as appropriate for someone who has been training for just 2 months as it would for a trainer starting with their seventeenth registrar and looking for refreshing ideas and approaches. |
