Cancellation policy:

Please note we charge for attendance at our courses. Non-attendance on the day or cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the course will not be refunded. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the day of the course will be refunded to the original card used for payment, upon notification to the Faculty Development course administrator facultydevelopment@londondeanery.ac.uk

Eligibility for course places:

London Deanery Faculty Development courses are only available to those clinicians who are teaching/training for or on behalf of the London Deanery.
In addition, delegates booking on to Faculty Development courses must ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements of each specific course they book on to, details of which can be found on the individual course details page.
The Faculty Development Unit reserves the right to withdraw a course place at any time if information comes to light that a delegate does not meet the eligibility criteria stated.

Information Retention:

Delegate information supplied will be stored appropriately in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). Delegate credit card details will not be retained by the WPM online booking service once the transaction has been completed. Your credit card transaction and information will be processed by our secure payments service provider (RBS WorldPay).
Your email address will be added to our mailing list and you will receive announcements and updates about our courses and other resources.
Please note we may share information regarding your attendance record with your Trust. To request that we do not pass on this information to your Trust, or to request further clarification, please contact us at facultydevelopment@londondeanery.ac.uk
