Team Facilitation & Conflict Resolution in the NHS - An Exciting New Course!

We are pleased to announce a new Faculty Development course.

Team Facilitation & Conflict Resolution in the NHS provides an opportunity for clinical teachers and education managers in the NHS to develop their skills in team facilitation and conflict resolution, and to gain a deeper understanding of organisational dynamics in the workplace.

The programme is open to clinical teachers and managers working in primary or secondary care with prior experience of offering supervision, mentoring or coaching in an NHS setting. We welcome applications from doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, dentists and medical education managers with relevant roles. Participants will be expected to work currently within teams in the NHS and have opportunities to discuss their own roles and team participation in their work setting. Previous participants have included directors of medical education, training programme directors, senior dentists, and nurse educators, and medical education managers with responsibility for supporting educational teams.
