What type of leader are you?

What type of leader are you?

How well do you engage with others?

Would you be interested to know how to assess your own leadership style and how to develop your leadership effectiveness?

Would you like constructive feedback on your leadership behaviour, together with potential ideas for development?

The London Deanery would like to introduce the Clinical Leadership 360. This web-based multi-source feedback is a valuable tool for leadership development for clinicians. It focuses on developing engaging styles of leadership; working with, and exerting influence on those around you.

Benefits:

  • Increased self awareness and understanding of the impact of your behaviour on others
  • Opportunity to assess yourself against the most effective leadership behaviours
  • Strong foundation for future career in medicine
  • A further advantage of the CL360 is that you will be assigned a fully qualified and accredited coach to guide you through your results by way of a 90 minute, one-to-one feedback session. Your coach can also help you set goals for further developing your leadership skills.

We strongly encourage you to advantage of this innovative tool that will help develop your leadership development. Further details, an introductory podcast and an online application form are all available here:
